Candidates for Congress Talk Green at Environmental Debate June 30

The 32nd Congressional District is in need of a Congressional Representative!!! Come hear the candidates tomorrow at a forum focused on going green and perhaps we can hear their stance on youth and education in the San Gabriel Valley!

Candidates vying for the only vacant seat in the United States Congress to discuss environmental issues, health care reform, the economy and green jobs at the Monterey Park Library, Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at 6:30 p.m

Judy Chu (D), Betty Tom Chu (R), and Christopher Agrella (L) ambitiously hopes to clench the hot seat at a special election on July 14 in the Thirty-Second Congressional District of California.
Charlene Brown, Editor, Lookin’ Green Magazine and Allen Shay, President, Shay & Associates will moderate the forum. A list of topics exploring the course of action each candidate might take to save our planet from decades of environmental neglect is available for review online at www.lookingreen.org/greendebate.

The forum will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Monterey Park Bruggemeyer Memorial Library, 318 S. Ramona Ave., Monterey Park, CA 91754.

    Many of us want to ask her,

    "Why didn't you include a ballot statement on the sample ballot?"

    This neglect, by the way, lost you my vote.

    I needed to know more about you, Judy!
