The City of Monterey is accepting applications for the 2009 Crystal Awards.
Nominations are being sought in four categories: Leadership, Inspirational, Volunteerism, and Athletics.
1st place: $600
2nd place: $300
3rd place: $100
Applicants must be a Monterey Park resident (attending high school and 15-19 years old).
