Yesterday I attended a fundraiser to help a local nonprofit called Eye Dreams, Inc. The event was entitled: Poetic Dreams and consisted of Live Music*Spoken Word*Entertainment. It was held at the American Legion Building in Pasadena starting at 7:30pm. I was blown away from the performances and bought two of the CD compliations after the show. I will post more about the artists in another post.
I became aware about the work of Eye Dreams through my recent Pasadena connections. Eye Dreams is a 501c3 nonprofit that believes in "Creating a community of Overachievers. Eye Dreams hopes to develop strong, healthy communities founded on values, education, support and training.
